Terms & Conditions
Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, the conditions set out below apply to each and every transaction for the sale of goods, materials, and/or design services by DELTAKIT to a purchaser of Goods and/or Services.
These conditions apply to all orders placed with DELTAKIT. Acceptance of any order is conditional upon acceptance of these terms by the purchaser. No other terms or conditions shall apply unless expressly agreed in writing by DELTAKIT.
- Risk of loss or damage to DELTAKIT products shall be the responsibility of the purchaser after delivery to the carrier.
- DELTAKIT shall select the shipper unless the purchaser requests a reasonable alternative. All orders are subject to acceptance by DELTAKIT.
- Purchaser shall not attempt to engage or modify any intellectual property of DELTAKIT. All trademarks and rights remain the exclusive property of DELTAKIT.
Electronic Kits & Projects
- Electronic kits may contain PCB, parts, and manuals. Battery, power sources, or soldering tools are not included.
- Proper soldering, part placement, and power supply are required to assemble the kits.
- DELTAKIT does not take responsibility for improper assembly or usage.
- We can repair kits at extra cost starting from INR 100 per kit depending on part availability.
- Subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
Assembled Kits & Projects
- These kits are intended for students to learn how electronic components work.
- We provide circuit diagrams and manuals, but we are not responsible for further implementation.
- No warranty after dispatch of assembled items.
Electronic & Other Parts
- Please refer to the datasheet before purchase.
- Datasheets are available on relevant company websites.
- No warranty, guarantee, or return policy on electronic parts.
Shipping
- Delivery occurs when goods are handed over to the purchaser or carrier.
- DELTAKIT is not liable for delays in delivery once handed to the courier.
- Claims for non-receipt or incorrect delivery must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
- Risk of damage or loss transfers to the purchaser once goods are handed to the carrier.
Warranty & Guarantee
- No warranty or guarantee is provided unless explicitly stated.
- Warranty is void if damage results from incorrect usage, modification, or improper installation.
- DELTAKIT will not be responsible for damage to third-party equipment.
Indemnification
- The purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold DELTAKIT harmless from any claims arising from misuse of products.
- All proprietary information and intellectual property remain confidential and exclusive to DELTAKIT.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of India and the courts of Ahmedabad shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Price
- Prices displayed on the website are current at the time of purchase.
- Prices may exclude taxes, duties, insurance, or other charges.
- DELTAKIT reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Risk and Property
- Risk passes to the purchaser upon delivery.
- Title remains with DELTAKIT until full payment is received.
Limitation of Liability
- DELTAKIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Liability is limited to the price paid for the product.
General
- These terms constitute the entire agreement between the purchaser and DELTAKIT.
- If any provision is found invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
- Any suspected fraud will be reported to authorities.
